Commission queue:
Firstly, when commissioning me, I retain the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion. I work in order of my queue and it is important to understand that it may take me some time for me to get to your slot. This is simply because my projects are made fully by hand and require a lot of time and effort. That being said, i will be as quick as possible. My queue is not negotiable however. To know more about your place in my queue, simply message me.
Sizing:
Sizing can be confusing and of course you want to make sure that you get the right measurement for your item. Don't worry as I personally help most of my customers to acquire the correct measurements. If you need help or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me and ill happily run you through each step of sizing process. I want you to be able to fully enjoy your items so it
is important that we size correctly.
What is a "Rush" fee:
Do you need your items in time for an event? The rush fee is an additional option that is available to those who require their items in time for an event. The rush fee prioritizes and guarantees that your items will be completed and sent to you in time for your event, regardless of your position in my commission queue. The rush fee costs 20% of the total projects value
Refunds and Cancellation:
If it is required, I will happily issue a full refund of your commission for any reason if you like to cancel your order. However, Refunds will not be available once I have already begun to work on your project. This is because I have to cut and prepare specific materials for each project.
I will do everything I possibly can to make help and assist you when sizing your commissions. All my products are handmade exactly to the specifications provided by you, making every item unique.
It almost never happens but please be aware that I am not responsible or liable for the should you size your item incorrectly and refunds will also not be issued based on incorrect sizing. An example would be: You request a bracelet that totals 18cm in length. I make it and once you receive it, you find it to be slightly too small.
Postage & Shipping:
Once your product has been completed, it will be shown to you for your approval and the it will be packed up and shipped.
I offer postage worldwide. Tracked postage is usually around €15-17. Untracked Postage is usually around €5-8.
Tracked postage: once shipped, you will be given a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Tracked shipping covers accidental damage and loss.
Untracked postage: once shipped, you will receive a certificate of postage to prove that the product has been sent to the address provided by you (this is not a tracking number and does not insure damage or loss).
I am not liable for any delay or damage as a result of the negligence by any postal service when opting for untracked postage.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. By choosing to commission me, you agree and acknowledge that you have fully read, fully understand and fully accept my terms and conditions stated above.
